By registering in Let Our Voice Run 2023, the individual named in the registration (the “Participant” acknowledges that they have read the Terms of Use, and confirms their agreement and acceptance to abide by and comply with these Terms. LCCS reserves the right to vary, amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms in their sole discretion without prior notice.

By registering, the Participant gives the Site permission to collect, use, disclose, and process the Participant’s personal data for the following purposes:

As requirement for the organising and conducting of LOVR 2023

To contact the Participant to promote and market the Event and future events of LCCS

Registration is confirmed only upon payment of the registration fee and the issuance of a confirmation email sent by LCCS. Registration is non-transferrable.

The Site reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, images, or any media from the Event and its Participants for commercial advertising and promotional purposes related to the LOVR 2023 and LCCS, subject to the compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By submitting the application, the Participant gives their consent to the Site to collect, use, and disclose their personal data in photographs, videos, images, or any media for promotional purposes. The Participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time upon giving reasonable notice.

The Participant agrees to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themself in the registration form

Maintain and promptly update the registration data to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete

LCCS may contact the Participant by email, SMS, or phone call in connection with the Event.

Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Any requirements to be fully vaccinated and to provide valid documentation to certify medical ineligibility shall be construed in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Singapore Government in force at the time of the Event.

LCCS shall not be held liable to the Participant or any third party for any loss, damage, injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, in connection with the Event. Any participation in LOVR 2023, and/or any of the activities contained or occurring therein, are at the sole risk of the Participant.

LCCS reserves the right to cancel or change any details of the Event or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. Every reasonable effort will be made to inform Participants of changes prior to the date of the Event. LCCS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or inconvenience arising out of the cancellation or change of any details of LOVR 2023 or any component thereof.
